Seller performance was great. Product not as much. Adapters for Nissan Frontier UtiliTrack system did not fit well and actually jammed up. Shaved off enough material to get them to work. Cover is fairly nice but front/back seals would not line up properly as they were a half inch short aligning with the front and back of the truck bed, i.e. a bit 'short'. Given it was $50+ less than the rest of the competition, probably to be expected. We'll see how it holds up.

I pull a toy hauler with my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 regularly. Over the years I have tried clamp on and slip over tow mirrors with limited success. I finally lost one of the slip on tow mirrors on a washboard road in the Mojave desert. I ordered these mirrors to replace the stock chrome & black units.

The first set arrived damaged. The seller promptly sent a damage call tag for UPS pickup and sent another set. The second set arrived in great shape. Thanks for the prompt replacement and regular status updates.

The mirrors are relatively easy to install. Remove the triangular trim piece on the inside of the door, remove foam and unplug electrical connection (remember to lift the retainer tab). Put something in the holes so you don't lose the nuts inside the door. Remove 3 nuts and the stock mirror can be removed. The new mirrors mount using 3 nuts with studs through the factory holes. Tighten nuts, plug in the mirror, replace the foam and inside trim.

The mirrors allowed me to see well. They extend and retract manually and fold back if necessary. I took them down the same washboard road where I lost the slide on tow mirror and the units performed well. I will update if I have any issues.

I just received it yesterday. The packaging was done right. The installation, it took me about an hour. The instruction was not good and i had to read it a few times to understand. Along with the template provided, used tape measure to align the holes to gas bucket just to make sure i don't put holes everywhere.
