Just installed it today...holds bikes great!
Pros: I have all carbon frame road bike and then we have my 4 year olds bike with training wheels. So there was enough clearance to put these right next to each other with no interference at all! Also plenty of padding on top clamp that holds down on my carbon frame (gentle but still super secure). Also there was plenty adjustment to put both these bikes right next to each other. VERY heavy duty! Comes with a lock for each bike ( built in) and a lock for the hitch pin.

Cons: I did have to remove a screw on the clamp pole to rearrange the two clamps so that the adult road could be put closest to tail gate (07' Jeep Commander). Then put the screw back in...two sec fix. The hitch lock works as long as the washer is not used.
(Reese hitch). One of the cables that is attached to the swing lock pins was broke. The pin is always in one of two positions so not a real big deal...just keeps pins from getting lost.

Update:
After using this on our first trip, I would highly recommend this bike rack! Works perfect!
The best part is all FIVE locks are built into rack...no dangling wire with lock to deal with...
Also just an FYI, the hitch lock works by just pressing it on, the key is then required to RELEASE the lock off the hitch pin.
If it does latch onto pin by just pressing it on, remove the washer to make more of the shaft available.
