This fit my 2012 highlander perfectly. The rails came with no instructions (the crossbars did), but it still was pretty easy. Mounting brackets fit factory tapped holes (no drilling required); and installed in a little over an hour. The bracket covers seemed a little cheap at first, but look good once in place. The crossbars installed easily as well, just make sure you put them in before you install the back rail covers.
