I received this in two boxes, one rather large box that was shipped by UPS, and another smaller box that was shipped by ABF Freight. Both boxes were absolutely destroyed, and were packed terribly. The metal parts seem to just be dumped into the box with no padding whatsoever, and predictably, heavy metal parts like this easily destroy cardboard. Moreover, most of the bolts are just stuck in the holes where they go with washers and nuts threaded loosely on them. Of course in shipping the nuts rattle off, the bolts fall out, and then they are sitting loose in the box. Once the box is destroyed, out go the bolts, nuts, and washers. They were spilling out all over the UPS and ABF trucks when they arrived. Finally, the item information says there should be an engine leveler included with this item, like the Torin T32100. There was no engine leveler in either box, of course with the state they were in I suppose it could have fallen out.

I am working with Torin customer service to obtain the missing parts, and will report back on whether that is successful. Aside from the missing parts and a little scratched paint on the metal pieces, this does appear to be a well made, nice jack, and is actually labeled and comes with instructions calling it a Sears Craftsman item 875.503510. I will update the review and bump to a higher rating if Torin customer service remedies all of the problems so that I can use the jack and report back on that.
