Got this hitch for my month-old 2013 4x4 Access Cab. It should have fit like a glove, but something about the driver's side horizontal bolts just didn't line up. After measuring everything I think the weld nuts on my frame were a bit out of place, so I had to grind out the bolt holes on that side to make it fit.

One piece of advice, there's an easy way to take the bumper completely off when you install this hitch. Unscrew the license plate lights (1/8 turn and they come out). Remove the rearmost two bolts connecting the bumper bracket to the frame, and loosen (but do not fully remove) the frontmost bolt (this bolt mounts via a slot in the bracket). There's a horizontal pin on the inside of the bracket and matching slot in the frame that holds the bumper up with only one bolt, so you can lift the bumper up and pull it out easily.
