Not exact fit. Struggled a couple of hours to get new lights to install (old lights would still fit) Finally used a Dremel tool to carve out some clearance where the light contacts the side of body to allow light to slide all the way back. (small plastic fingers that are designed to restrain the side of the light in place did not have sufficient clearance.) Looks good at a distance. Close up, the rubber seal does not fit well. Lights work. Adjustment is marginal and calibration does not begin to work. Five star for general appearance and 2 star for fit and function. For an old car (98 Lincoln Town Car) it gets by. If I had hired a shop to install I would be very disappointed if this was the result. The old lights had condensed moisture inside that never went away even in hot summer. Buffing old lights was not an option.
