received the bumper in good condition and with almost everything I needed to replace my dented bumper. it does not include the bolts to fasten the bumper shell; you will need to retain those from the original bumper

my truck came with the factory trailer hitch and this bumper did not have the same mounting bracket to reattach the hitch plug. that was a major disappointment; now I've got to find an angle bracket that will fit.

also, the plastic bumper covers that came with it appear to be of inferior quality
